There’s a heavy focus on becoming self-sufficient, meaning that you learn how to meditate on your own. There’s no need to bring yourself back to a course each and every week. You have your technique without dependance on anyone or anything else. Your own the powerful tool of daily meditation for you, and your own lifestyle.
Knowing that you’re going to have questions about your practice, your teacher is available you at all times. This means you have your own teacher who can answer questions specific to you, your mind, and how you meditate. This support service is free after you take the one-time course – that means that your teacher’s income doesn’t depend on you not knowing enough. This “one-time system” guarantee’s that your teacher will always give you clear, step-by-step, formulas and answers to get you meditating daily with confidence on your own.
Daily Meditation Berlin isn’t going to tell you how to live your life. This means that there’s no exact dogma, belief system, or philosophy – every teacher is different and individual, just like you.
Each teacher is dedicated to teaching meditation full-time – training to a qualified standard with 2 years of focused study, followed by 3-4 months of secluded 14hr-a-day meditation practice. Finally, at the end of your teacher’s training, they have to be deemed qualified to teach by a master in meditation of their particular meditation heritage or linage. Your teacher has traveled all over the world, and spend years in training and seclusion, to teach you meditation with the respect and purity that it deserves.
