There’s some techniques that don’t belong online and books, and there’s others that do. 

What we teach online here is a fascinating and powerful – heart, breath & mind meditation, that’s influenced by our unique way of instruction. 

We’ve found it’s especially useful for teaching in this format. 

Generally, we’re best known for our speciality in particular mantra meditation techniques from ancient india that are passed down directly, teacher-to-student, through a process called “Mantra Diksha”.

These meditations aren’t found in books, and definitely not online. 

Out of respect for the Yogis and traditions that they come from, any mantra meditation that we teach is exclusively done live and in-person.

Have we lost opportunities, (and money) keeping this promise?
